2.4 One Account Per User. Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) hm77i Account only. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, hm77i reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void all associated bets and transactions, and permanently retain any Bonus Funds credited to those accounts.
2.5 Corporate Accounts. hm77i accounts may only be opened and used by natural persons in their individual capacity. Registration by corporations, partnerships, trusts, or other legal entities is not permitted.
3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hm77i Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. hm77i strongly recommends that you use a unique, strong password for your Account and that you do not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
3.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify hm77i immediately via the support team if you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised person or if your login credentials have been compromised. hm77i will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials or where you have knowingly shared your credentials with another party.
3.3 Account Activity Responsibility. All activity conducted through your hm77i Account — including all bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawal requests submitted — is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether that activity was carried out by you personally or by another individual who accessed your Account with or without your consent.
3.4 KYC Verification. hm77i may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals, or at any other time at hm77i's discretion. Required documents may include a valid government-issued national identity card (CNIC), passport, or driver's licence, along with proof of address and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period will result in suspension of withdrawal functionality and may lead to Account closure.
3.5 Inactive Accounts. An Account that has not been logged into for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as inactive. hm77i may apply an inactivity fee of PKR 200 per month to inactive accounts where a Real Money Balance exists, following thirty (30) days' notice to the registered email or mobile number. hm77i will not apply any inactivity fee that reduces a balance below zero.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. hm77i accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in PKR via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. hm77i reserves the right to add, remove, or modify accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.
4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within 60 seconds of submission. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two (2) business hours depending on the issuing bank. hm77i is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
4.3 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Deposit and withdrawal limits apply to each payment method and are displayed within the hm77i cashier section at the time of transaction. These limits may be adjusted from time to time and may vary based on your Account verification status.
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been previously used for a deposit into the same Account, or to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the Account holder. hm77i may require additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal request. Real Money Funds may be withdrawn at any time subject to the foregoing conditions. Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise specified in the offer terms, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. 5.4 Abuse of Bonuses. hm77i reserves the right to void Bonus Funds and any associated winnings, and to suspend or close Accounts, where it determines that a User has engaged in bonus abuse. 5.5 Expiry of Bonus Funds. Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the time period specified in the applicable promotion's terms will expire automatically and be removed from the Account balance without notice or compensation.
6.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets placed on hm77i are subject to hm77i's acceptance. hm77i reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet is placed on an event for which odds have been published in error, where there is evidence of match-fixing or irregular market activity, or where hm77i has reasonable grounds to believe the bet constitutes abuse of the platform.
6.2 Betting Limits. Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply to all betting markets and are displayed at the time of bet placement. 6.3 In-Play Betting. Bets placed on in-play markets are accepted subject to the availability of live data feeds. hm77i is not liable for delays in live data that may affect the in-play betting experience. Once an in-play bet is confirmed and accepted by hm77i, it is binding and cannot be cancelled by the User.
6.4 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or software fault affecting a game or betting market on hm77i, all affected bets or game rounds may be voided and stakes returned to the User's Account. hm77i's decision in such matters is final. No compensation is payable for losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the affected stake.

12.1 Termination by hm77i. hm77i reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons: breach of these Terms & Conditions; suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; failure to complete KYC verification; or where hm77i is required to do so by a regulatory authority or applicable law.
12.2 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your Account by hm77i for cause (i.e., due to a breach of these terms or prohibited conduct), hm77i reserves the right to forfeit all Bonus Funds and may forfeit Real Money Funds where legally permissible in connection with established fraud or financial crime. Where an Account is closed by hm77i for reasons other than breach, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the Account holder via the most recent withdrawal method on file.
12.3 Termination by You. You may close your hm77i Account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat.
